The Prairie Science Class
The Prairie Science Class is a partnership between the Fergus Falls School District and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. The class uses the local prairie wetlands ecosystem to blend science, math, language arts, health, and art.
Junior Duck Stamp Conservation and Design Program
The Junior Duck Stamp Art Contest is the culmination of the Junior Duck Stamp educational program. After studying waterfowl anatomy and habitat, students may express their newfound knowledge by drawing, painting or sketching a picture of an eligible North American waterfowl species.
USFWS Conservation Connect

Virtual Youth Fish and Wildlife Club
A weekly virtual club for youth to learn about fish and wildlife. All are welcome! Make friends, have conversations, and explore new topics each week!
Kīlauea Point NWR Environmental Education
Our environmental education program aligns with Next Generation Science Standards and helps to reinforce ecological concepts your students are learning in class. School bus transportation funds are generously contributed through Friends of Kaua’i Refuges.
