Plan Your Visit

The Crosby Wetland Management District Headquarters is located two miles south of Crosby, North Dakota, on the east side of Highway 42. We have a small office with a small learning display, and we enjoy visiting with people that stop by.

The office is in the southwest corner of the 156 acre Carlson Waterfowl Production Area, where visitors can find a diversity of wildlife through the seasons, particularly in the spring and fall months.

We encourage everyone to explore the unique prairie and wetland habitats found on our many Waterfowl Production Areas scattered throughout northwest North Dakota and on Lake Zahl National Wildlife Refuge.
