At Shiawassee National Wildlife Refuge
Frequent flooding and diverse habitats make the refuge an excellent spot for viewing waterfowl, shorebirds, wading birds, songbirds, and raptors. Bird activity on the refuge is highlighted by the large waterfowl concentrations during the spring and fall migrations.
