TRAILS

OVERVIEW:  The Llano Seco Unit has a 1-mile trail (1/2 mile out and back) that departs from the Observation Platform at the parking area, and takes you to a second Observation Platform. Visit from October - February for great viewing of sandhill cranes and waterfowl. There is very limited shade during the summer. Trail is open 7 days a week 1 hour before sunrise to 1 hour after sunset.
